At Lilith Farms, we take pride in providing high-quality, farm-fresh meats and eggs. Because our products are perishable, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure food safety and fairness to our customers.

1. Terms of Return

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted once items have been delivered or picked up. However, we are happy to review refund or replacement requests for eligible issues reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

2. State of Return

All meats and eggs are considered final sale and cannot be physically returned. This policy is in place to comply with food safety standards.

3. Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product
     
  • Your order arrived damaged
     
  • Your product arrived spoiled or unsafe to consume
     
  • There is a missing item from your order
     

We may request photos and order details to verify the issue.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

To report an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order:

  • Include your order number
     
  • Provide a description of the issue
     
  • Attach clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
     

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
     
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
     
  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement product or store credit instead of a monetary refund
     

6. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Products reported after the 24-hour window
     
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
     
  • Customer preference (e.g., taste, size expectations)
     
  • Orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
